Activity Level

Level 1 : Leisurely

You are healthy, enjoy the outdoors and want a relaxing trip. Previous experience is not required.

Level 2: Leisurely / Moderate

You are reasonably fit and enjoy the outdoors. You are looking for a moderately active holiday. It is preferable to have some previous experience.

Level 3: Moderate

You are moderately fit and adventurous. Some previous experience in the activity to perform is required.

Level 4: Moderate / Challenging

You have a good level of fitness. You are looking for a sportive holiday. Previous experience in the activity to performe is required.

Level 5: Challenging

You are sportive and have a good level of fitness. You are looking for a physically challenging holiday. It is essential to have previous experience and know your own limitations.
